Annette Clayton is the owner and sole proprietor of Rooster'S Restaurant since January of 2014. She started working here in February of 2011 starting out as a Baker. she quickly learned all aspects of the restaurant including cooking and waitressing.

This is a family owned business where the staff is more like family than employees! Our staff is a great source of pride here at Rooster'S, without their efforts, it just wouldn't feel like home.

We are committed to serving quality products, made from scratch, just like home cooked food. From our delicious home made cinnamon rolls and pies, to our light and fluffy biscuits and gravy.

We believe in giving back to the community which has so graciously supported us the opportunity to chase the Great American Dream!
Rooster'S is proud to serve Good Bean Coffee. By purchasing our gourmet coffee locally, in Jacksonville, we insure that our Rooster'S Blend Coffee is the freshest possible. It is roasted one day and delivered to us the next.
